School opening hours
Silverdale Primary Academy operates a 32.5 hour school week for all pupils Reception to Year 6.
The school day begins at 8.30am and ends at 3.15pm Monday to Thursday, and opens 8.30am, ending at 2pm on Fridays, for all pupils Reception to Year 6.
There are 195 school days per year, with two sessions per day. Our school closes for 8 INSET days throughout the year.
The school hours have been set following a consultation with whole school community which ended in June 2023.
